Version 0.0.8b released

Very quickly, I was gonna hold on 0.0.8b to get more VFX stuff in, but I found a crash and fixed it, so I’m pushing it out now. See the git for a full changelog, but its not very long and here’s a quick overview

• Fixes crash with Scarcity options enabled
• New sprites for ammo boxes
• Improved casings
• Ground and ceiling decals
