Hey there, I’m Brohnesorge, sometimes known as Bront, and I make Doom mods. I’ve been around for awhile and this isn’t my first mod, but its my first to be shared here as I try to expand out a bit within and beyond my immediate community.

Over the coming days/weeks, I’ll be uploading and sharing my other mods onto itch.io, but I want to note a bit about me as a developer.

I’m very slow. This update of LEGION, Update 4.5, will likely be the latest update for LEGION for several months. I tend to super focus on one mod at a time, and I have several mods, then just completely drop Doom as a whole for several weeks before coming back to it again. This is a hobby for me, so if I stop enjoying it, I stop doing it until I enjoy it again, then I do it more. With the release of a new version of LEGION, I’ll be shifting focus, but I have big plans for Update 5. Update 5 will feature a toggle for a new mode called ‘Gehenna’. What Gehenna will do is make the game much MUCH harder. I’ve gone into detail about it elsewhere, and you can see the Issue created for it on LEGION’s Gitlab page

Keep in mind the info you see on this page is still very WIP and subject to heavy changes as I work on the mode.

But even being very slow, I want to take my time with Gehenna. I know its something most players will not interact with, but I want to really test and see if I can make some kind of BS hard mode that isn’t actually BS and is an interesting, if harshly filtering and intense, challenge.
